These terms cover your Zylcut account on zylcut.com and your use of the Zylcut app. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

Use an email address you control and keep access to it, because that is how you sign in. One account per person. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Free trial

A new account includes a 14-day free trial with full access to Zylcut. We will tell you before any paid plan applies to you, and nothing is charged without your agreement.

Your work is yours

You own your footage, projects and exports. Zylcut does not claim any rights to them, and they stay on your computer.

Coding agents and online services

When you connect Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode or another agent, that agent runs under its own provider's terms and plan. Stock footage, music and other online sources you use through Zylcut have their own licences; follow them.

Fair use

Do not abuse the service: no automated sign-ups, no attempts to get around the trial, and no attacks on the website. We may suspend accounts that do.

No warranty

Zylcut is provided as it is. Keep backups of work that matters. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost work or indirect damages.
